Hello, my name is Deborah, my path has been fraught with great pain and loss; in 1986, I was only twenty-three. I faced the unimaginable grief of losing my two-year-old son, Lee, while also caring for my newborn. Eleven years later, I endured another tragedy when a car accident left me with a brain injury and spine damage. Through these harrowing experiences, I have gained profound insights into suffering, resilience, and how to rise beyond it all.

After six decades of facing the unexpected. I have learned the essential skills to navigate life's toughest challenges and have found ways to cultivate an inner synergy that allows me to thrive. What do I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. Layers are best, it can be chilly. Bring a Parker in case it rains, and sneakers for our forest walk.

Is this an indoor or out event?

Weather Permitting: This event is primarily outdoors with some indoor activities. Rain, hail, or shine, we are holding our event.

What is included in the cost?

Everything is included for one price: hot tea, coffee, bottled water, soup, salad, bread, fruit, tasty treats, and snacks. There is no soda.

How is the food prepared?

All food is made from scratch. No preservatives added. The sourdough bread is not gluten-free. When booking, Let us know if you have any food sensitivities or allergies.

Can I leave my phone on silent?

This event is a gift to yourself so you can be fully present and switch off from outside distractions, chaos, and stress. All phones must be turned off for the entire event. Look at this as a first step in detoxing from cell phone and electronic addiction.

Who is this event for?

Any woman over 18 of any profession ready to spend time for herself. No previous experience is necessary; from beginners to advanced abilities of meditation, creativity, and journaling.

Can I network during this event?

Please leave your profession for another time. This event is for like-minded women who respect one another and appreciate a sacred space of loving unity and connection, nature, and healing.
